In a shocking turn of events in Brazil, a man was recorded on video pulling a suitcase, which unbeknownst to onlookers, contained a kidnapped 12-year-old girl, into his residence.

The Daily Mail reported on the unsettling incident that unfolded in Luziania, Brazil, and implicated 42-year-old Daniel Moraes Bittar and his girlfriend, 22-year-old Gesielly Souza Vieira. The duo had meticulously orchestrated the crime, abducting the young girl from her school premises on June 28th.

As per police reports, the girl was abducted, sedated with chloroform, and subsequently concealed in a suitcase. The pair then drove to an isolated woodland area to discard her mobile phone, in an attempt to erase any evidence of their appalling act.

Unsettling Admissions and Discoveries

Upon his capture, Bittar admitted to having 'paedophilic tendencies'. The girl was discovered in his apartment, bearing bruises and chemical burns, her feet shackled to the bed. Medical examinations substantiated that she had been sexually violated.

Detective Joao Guilherme Medeiros relayed some of the victim's testimonies:

The victim stated that Bittar touched her intimate parts and that she was forced to touch his genitals. The girl said he threatened her all the time and said she would be his sex slave. He also filmed the abuses committed against the student and sent them to his girlfriend.

At first, Bittar refuted the allegations, asserting that the girl was his cousin. However, he later confessed and even suggested that he had contemplated 'chemical castration'.

A search of Bittar's apartment revealed a chilling assortment of items. The police discovered electric shock devices, cameras, sex toys, and pornographic material. A petrol canister was also unearthed, leading investigators to suspect that Bittar might have planned to incinerate the girl's body post-assault.

We have footage of him putting the suitcase in the EcoSport since Monday 26th. The planning of the crime is very clear. In fact, he had in mind another girl, a 13-year-old, who has already been interviewed by our team.

Despite his horrific deeds, Bittar presented himself as a respectable member of society. He was employed as an IT technician and volunteered at children's hospitals. He was also a father. His girlfriend, Vieira, a mother of two, portrayed herself as a devout Christian on social media.

Paedophiles disguise themselves as good people to approach children. I'm saying they act pragmatically. We have come across several cases like this. That's why parents need to be very careful. But even those of us who are experienced are shocked by what happened.

The couple now face charges of aggravated unlawful restraint, sexual abuse of a minor, and torture. If found guilty, they could face up to 30 years in prison.
