A quiet suburban street in Georgia became the scene of a tragic killing on New Year’s Day when a teen allegedly shot and left an Uber driver to die during a carjacking.

Police say 15-year-old Christian Simmons has been charged as an adult with murder after allegedly shooting 58-year-old Uber driver Cesar Tejada and leaving him fatally wounded in the road during a rideshare trip in Lawrenceville, Georgia, as Fox News reports.
