Critics and experts raised alarms about these decisions. "The main center section looks like a shiny white tube about minivan length. When the Titan embarked on the voyage a day before its last anniversary, it carried notable passengers, including British billionaire Hamish Harding, OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, and other distinguished individuals.
